As I reflect on our progress this past year, I first want to say thank you for your commitment and investment in Syzygit. I’m proud of what we’ve accomplished together as we innovate and help customers successfully transformed to digital era by using ITaaS services, and I am even more optimistic about the opportunity ahead.
Our mission is to provide world’s leading ITaaS (IT-as-a -Service) solutions to our clients. Our business model is dependent on our customers’ and partners’ success. As of December 31, 2018, per our research and clients’ surveys, all our clients’ business had a growth in the past year and 85% of them agreed that our services and solutions helped a lot on their business growth.
Like we mentioned in last year annual letter, with the launch of the new company, all existing clients’ projects will remain execution till the end of current contract and will contract with Syzygit if would like to extend our service period in the future. I am glad to see that 100% of our previous clients had signed new contract with Syzygit.
Mr. Wang Xing, CEO of Meituan said that Year 2018 may be the best year of upcoming decade. As we can see that the economy in China is not that good but it doesn’t impact the growth of Syzygit. Although two customers finally decided to select other service provider’s solution on the digital transformation but the breadth and depth of our mission and the trust customers are placing in us to power their digital transformation enable us to have this broad impact — and it is fueling our results.
In 2018, we had 230% growth on our revenue with 110% growth of number of clients served and 25% reduce on our operation cost.
These are strong results — and yet the opportunity ahead in a world powered by ITaaS is unprecedented. Imagine a future where you only need to manage a single console, all your marketing channels will be integrated and using a single, user-friendly interface to interact with you.
Yes, that is the next generation of marketing promotion platform, we called it Qi He Cloud (aka Syzcloud). With the analysis of last year project requirements, we can see increasing number of customers are requesting to promote their brand on WeChat Mini App, WeChat Offical Account and even Mobile Apps.
Traditionally, they will have several consoles to manage and will have investment on human resources to manage different platforms. We saw the pain points and we are here to help. After 3 months development and fine tune, I am delighted to announce that Qi He Cloud is public available starting from today (March 15, 2019). This platform will enable our clients to have a single source to manage and all the contents will automatically synced among different platform consoles.
